What Agents Ask Before Registering

Can I join Cadbury if I'm already with another IMO?

In most cases, yes. Many of our agents work with other organizations simultaneously. Cadbury's carrier relationships are additive. Some captive arrangements may restrict outside contracting — Rick will walk through that with you during onboarding.

How do commissions get paid — through Cadbury or direct?

Directly from the carrier to you. We don't hold or route your commissions. The carrier pays on their standard schedule.

What states are the products available in?

EquiTrust and American Life products are available in most states. AuguStar Omega products are available in most states. Cadbury currently actively contracts agents in FL, NJ, PA, and CA.

Is there a production minimum to stay contracted?

No Cadbury-imposed minimums. Carriers may have their own inactivity requirements which vary — Rick will cover these during onboarding.

What does the free lead program actually look like?

Leads are sourced from a combination of digital campaigns, cold email outreach (GMass sequences), and webinar registrants who don't convert immediately. You receive qualified leads — people who have expressed interest in FIAs with $100K+ in liquid assets. Split on these is up to 50/50.

I'm new to FIAs — is that okay?

Yes. Rick provides full product training to every new agent. You don't need prior FIA experience to join — just an active life & annuity license in an eligible state.
